Today, you will head inland on the island for a tour of Obô National Park accompanied by an experienced guide until you reach Lagoa Amelia. Afterwards, you will arrive at the São Nicolau waterfall, where you can cool off. You will have a tasting menu of typical dishes for lunch at the colonial house of Roça Saudades Almada Negreiro. Return to the city.

The first stop will be the Abade River to observe one of the largest washing facilities in the world. You will visit Roça Água Izé, one of the most important colonial-era plantations in the archipelago. You will stop at the highest point, the hospital lookout, to observe the size of the plantation and the views of the bay of Rei Beach. You will see Boca do Inferno where you can drink refreshing coconut water. We will have lunch at Roça São João dos Angolares, and you will head to the south of the island until you reach Porto Alegre.

Today, you will take a boat that will take you to the Islet of Rolas. There you will have a full morning to explore its tropical forest full of palm trees and its incredible coves surrounded by volcanic rocks. Afterwards, you will take a walk through the coconut plantations until you reach the incredible Café Beach where you can swim and have grilled fish for lunch right on the beach. You will return to Porto Alegre and end the day watching sea turtles nesting on Jalé Beach.

During this morning you will explore some of the fabulous beaches in the south of the island such as Piscina or n'Guembú and have lunch at Cabana beach. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a very relaxing experience as you are taken in a traditional canoe through the mangroves of the calm waters of the Malanza River. You will end the day with a stroll through the picturesque community of Porto Alegre.

You will visit the Fortress of San Sebastián. Then you will take a walk and head to the Bobo Forro market, the Cathedral, Independence Square, the most important commercial houses in the city center and other colonial-era buildings.
Later, you will learn about the Vanilha project, a local, sustainable, and ethical company dedicated to empowering local communities through vanilla farming.
In the afternoon you will have a guided tour with tasting included at Claudio Corallo's Factory, the creator of the best chocolate in the world.

The day will begin with a flight to the island of Príncipe from the capital, followed by a hike through the Natural Biosphere Park to admire nature and cool off at a waterfall. Along the way, one can observe endemic birds and medicinal plants. Afterwards, there will be a visit to the Claudio Corallo plantation and the Nova Estrela viewpoint. Lunch will be a traditional feast in Santo Antonio, followed by a tour of the old cocoa plantations in the northern part of the island. The day will culminate with impressive views from the Banana Beach viewpoint and a visit to Roça Belmonte to enjoy the sunset and learn more about the history and biodiversity of Príncipe.

Today, you will explore the old hospital of Roça Porto Real, where a sustainability project is turning glass into jewelry and organic waste into compost. This initiative not only promotes women's economic independence but also turns trash into treasure. Afterwards, you'll visit Roça Sundy to dive into its colonial history and its role in an important scientific discovery during the 1919 solar eclipse, which confirmed Einstein's theory of relativity. The day will end with a traditional lunch and relaxation time at Sundy Beach, followed by sunset contemplation at the Oke Daniel viewpoint.

The day will begin with a boat trip through the Bay of Needles, skirting the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, where you can appreciate the impressive phonolite towers and enjoy panoramic views of the beaches and untouched nature. A beach picnic adds a special touch to the experience. In the afternoon, you will explore Santo Antonio, known as the smallest capital in the world, strolling through its charming, colorful streets.

Today, you will explore the northwest coast of São Tomé. You will visit the emblematic Agostinho Neto plantation, formerly known as "Rio do Oro." You will enjoy the stunning views at Ribeira Funda Praia and we will stop at Lagoa Azul beach, known for its turquoise waters and nearby baobabs. In Neves, the main fishing area of the country, we will enjoy the typical dish "Santola" with local beer. In the afternoon, we will explore the historical site of Anambô and the Santa Catarina tunnel before concluding the tour.

São Tomé and Príncipe, known as the "Islands of Cocoa," was once the world's largest producer of cocoa. Its volcanic soil and unique climate allow for the production of high-quality cocoa. On this cocoa route, you will explore historic roças like Ponta Figo, Generosa, and Monte Forte, where the cultural heritage of cocoa is showcased. You will learn about the work of the CECAB cooperative and visit the Diogo Vaz roça, noted for its investments in innovation. You will learn about cocoa cultivation, its transformation process, and enjoy a colonial lunch at the Monte Forte plantation.

You will take advantage of the last day to go on a hike along the water trail in the tropical forest and through the tunnels where you will have the opportunity to see the
endemic plants and birds that live there until you reach the hidden Angolar waterfall, the highest on the island (40 meters). Lunch in Mucumbli and an afternoon of relaxation until it's time to transfer to the airport for the connecting flight to our city of origin.
