By the Rhine River

Flight departure bound for Frankfurt. Arrival and departure by road to Mainz. Arrival and visit to this German city. Located on the banks of the Rhine, this destination is perfect for strolling through its cobblestone streets and discovering its best monuments. Mostly built from red sandstone, Mainz's most striking historical buildings include the namesake cathedral; its beautiful Market Square surrounded by typical architecture of the area; the Electoral Palace and its Gutenberg-Museum. Not to forget the half-timbered houses and slate-tiled roofs, creating an idyllic postcard. Free time for lunch. Once the visit is finished, we will check in on board. In the morning, we will sail along the famous Romantic Rhine. Our guides will tell us the different legends and stories of such beautiful castles. Lunch on board. In the afternoon, we will walk around Rüdesheim: on the banks of the Rhine River, a charming town known for its vineyards. It is a place where time seems to have stood still. Indeed, magical corners like Drosselgasse street with its restaurants and wine taverns transport you to another era. Additionally, the Christmas lights and decorations will immerse us in those festivities. Cable car ride to the Niederwalddenkmal monument.

In the morning, visit the city of Speyer. Located in the southwest of Germany and bathed by the waters of the Rhine, it is a small city full of magic. Did you know that this town founded by the Romans is one of the oldest in the German country? Its highlights include the 11th-century Romanesque cathedral, its interesting museums, its medieval streets, and the beautiful natural landscapes surrounding it. Speyer is indeed a dream setting, an authentic fairy tale adorned with Christmas decorations. Lunch on board. Free afternoon with the possibility to visit the different museums in the city.

In the morning, a walk through Strasbourg. Modernity and tradition mingle to create an attractive experience. On the banks of the Rhine River, this city boasts a great cultural and historical heritage. Its fascinating architecture, historic center, charming canals, and European district with modern community institutions stand out. Moreover, its exquisite and delicious gastronomy is also noteworthy. During this time of year, it is adorned with the best displays of light and color. Return to the ship for lunch. Free afternoon in which we offer complimentary transfers to the city center.

In the morning, check out from the boat and transfer by road to Heidelberg. Visit the castle and walk through the historic center of the city. Depending on the return flight schedule, free time for lunch. At the agreed time, transfer to Frankfurt airport. Return to Spain on a regular flight.
